Brooklyn Tech has had a long and distinguished record in track & field throughout its 100 year history. Since 1925, when it won its first city championship, it has won over 50 city championships in track and field, and Cross Country (XC), making it one of most successful track & field programs in NYC.

   In celebration of these achievements the Brooklyn Tech Alumni Spiked Shoe Club is proud to announce the long overdue creation of the Brooklyn Tech Track & Field Hall of Fame.  During the history of Brooklyn Tech track, scores of athletes have distinguished themselves in New York City, State and National competitions. Finally, they will get their well deserved recognition. 

With a huge backlog of deserving athletes and coaches, the Hall of Fame committee has had to pour through the record books, dive into newspaper archives, click through internet searches and conduct interviews to uncover the greats of Tech track. For this inaugural 2025 class of inductees the committee has selected these eight “old guard” athletes and coaches.
